Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Corvionix Web Design collects and what I do with it. In short: I collect only what you send me, I use it to reply and do the work, and I never sell it.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, business name and message.
• Email: anything you send to [email protected].
• Clients: the content and billing details needed for your project.
• Site preference: your chosen display style is stored only in your own browser (local storage). I can't see it.

This site has no ads, no tracking pixels and no analytics cookies.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
• Google (Gmail) hosts my email.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
• A payment provider processes invoices if you become a client. I don't store card numbers.

How I use it

To answer you, provide and bill for services, and keep basic business records. I don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

Business outreach

I sometimes email local businesses using contact details they've published publicly. If you'd like no further emails, reply "no thanks" or write to [email protected], and I'll stop.

Keeping and deleting

I keep messages and project records as long as needed for the work and for tax records. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected], and I'll respond within 30 days.
